In my 30 years as a healing arts therapist, I have incorporated a
number of path ways into my practice: Psychotherapy, Rebirthing,
Bio-energy Healing, Reiki Healing, Bowen Technique and Therapeutic massage. My work
is centered on the connection between body, mind, and spirit. My

Reiki Technique

Gentle energy

What Is It?
Reiki Healing is
"hands on". Treatment consists of the practitioner placing her hands
on specific areas of the body, quietly remaining in these positions
for 3 to 5 minutes.
Esoteric Healing Treatments are "hands off", with the
practitioner directing energy at specific points around the body.
Both treatments balance energy within the client, fostering a
relaxed result and improvement of specific health conditions. |
Therapeutic Massage
Specializing in
treating repetitive use injuries and chronic pain.
What Is It?
A kneading and stroking
of the muscles to bring about stress reduction, increased circulation and energy, and relief of
muscular tension and soreness. Comfortably designed treatment
tables, aromatherapy and essential oils are used. Complete privacy
is respected. Chair massage has comfortable upright seating, the
client remains
fully clothed, no oils are used. |
Bowen Technique
A very new, effective
and gentle technique for pain relief.
What Is It?
A dynamic system of
muscle and connective tissue therapy developed by the late Tom Bowen
of Australia. Gentle moves on soft tissues stimulate energy
flow, empowering the body's own resources to heal itself. Safe to
use on anyone! |
